Rescheduled events set to play out after wild weather causes chaos

Olympics

Welcome to Wide World of Sports’ live coverage of day 10 of the Beijing Winter Olympics.

Seven Australians are set to compete today, beginning with Tess Coady in the women’s snowboard big air qualification from 12.30pm (AEDT).

Coady, who last week won bronze in the snowboard slopestyle, will hit the snow at the same time as Breeana Walker, who’s set to feature in heat three of the women’s monobob.

Abi Harrigan will then continue her Beijing campaign in an event rescheduled due to wild weather, launching into the women’s freeski slopestyle qualification at 1pm.

And Matthew Cox will take to the men’s snowboard big air qualifying at 4.30pm, before another rescheduled event sees Danielle Scott, Laura Peel and Ash Gabi compete in the women’s aerials qualifications from 6pm.
